Sobo Japanese is part of a multi business concept that includes Think Asia, Hawker Bar and Bubblz to name a few.  From humble food court beginnings to Licensed Cafes in mixed used developments, Crown Melbourne (from 1997 to 2015), hospitals and airport locations.
